To whom it may concern, I have a small business in San Diego, California, and we own our own real estate. From time to time we have various needs for capital to grow or sustain our business. I am writing today to give a five star review to a fantastic company that I’ve been working with for four years. Fidelity Mortgage Lenders are a terrific group of people that work as a team from beginning to end to provide capital support for businesses secured by real estate. Their process was so friendly and simple and honest and generous. First we met with a local sales rep who brought in an easy application. He explained that the loans use the real estate equity as the sole source of collateral. many of the other documents that you need for A loans and B loans with banks and other institutions are not necessary for this group. That takes a lot of pressure off a borrower! They fund The loan within a week! That’s incredible… They offered us a fair rate, including a small amount of points, but accommodated us and put us into an easy pay cycle of interest only… I used their service not just for one for a number of my businesses and business projects. Each time it works smoothly and was effective at helping me be protected by strong capital positions with whatever endeavors I was doing. Also, there were no BS fees… Banks and other companies can load these loans with all kinds of crazy fees and this company Trims all of the throw in fees to bare minimum so that you don’t really feel a hard effect from them. Also, the interest rate was quite reasonable. Well, without going too much further into our own business, I’ll just leave it to say that this firm helped us to actualize millions of dollars that we otherwise would not have made without their support and help. We are very grateful to them and I’ve just paid off the last loan that they held for us and would be happy to work with them on our projects and businesses in the future. ~ stephen m
